FIRST IMPRESSIONS

The page took a while to load, mainly due to the embedded music player and the large layout. To be honest with you, the pink fonts clash with the redness in the layout, perhaps a more subtle colour like black would look more pleasing on the eye - hot pink and red aren't known to really go together in my opinion. You could apply a lighter red in the scrollbars as well, instead of baby pink and black against the red. 3/10

LAYOUT

The layout does seem to fit in well with the cute look you're going for with your site. I was a bit confused though because in the top right corner of the layout there's a blue square with the word "Now" on it, it looks like an advertisement or something? You could possibly do a search for an ad killer script for your particular free host that would remove the ad from your site completely. There is nothing wrong with the layout itself, but unfortunately as it is pre-made by someone else, I feel that I can't really elaborate on it too much seeing as it's not your own work. Another tip is that you could have the blog on the main page, in the area where the collection of quotes are currently placed. The blog is usually the main focus of a personal site, and only having the link to it on the navigation bar may cause visitors to completely miss it.9/20

CONTENT

The four internal links related to your site had a long loading time, and when entering the page and also exiting, I received a number of pop ups and script prompts, and your webpage itself crashed twice. I'm not sure what the problem was with the crashing, but I have checked out your site on another computer I have access to, and I experienced the same difficulties. I was hoping to find out more about you, so I would know whether you're a beginner webdesigner or not, but I could not find any details at all. 90% of the content is made up of external links to different websites, and there's nothing wrong with that as such, but this is YOUR site, so you should really provide more internal content so the visitor will stay there longer and be able to explore. Also, any basic information about yourself would be great - your age for example, hobbies, etc. Visually, the sub pages do not match the front page of your site. The layout is completely different, making it look like it is two different sites instead of the same one. Maybe if you considered changing the background to a pastel red to match the layout, it would visually link up the sub pages to the layout. I was looking forward to seeing the pictures, but I was prompted for a password, which of course I didn't know. This was disappointing, a lot of visitors that did not know you on a personal level would not have been able to access them either. Perhaps that is the idea, but you could have some pictures for everyday visitors to have a look at also. 8/20

SUMMARY

I really don't know how old you are, so I cannot judge your site to the best of my ability. It does appear that you are a beginner webdesigner though, and that means that you're going to improve incredibly if you persevere! Keep up the effort - with a few touch ups and a little more colour coordination, Cherry Bunny can become a really decent site to visit.
