SPLASH PAGE

A simple splash page with "Don't waste your time on me you're already the voice inside my head" written on it, in a large font, and a picture of some poser punk with a booger on his lips. I'm clicking it with trepidation, believe you me. 7/10

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Your site title isn't very justified, is it? It is neither beautiful or an eyesore...although maybe the latter is arguable in the eyes of some. I see you've opted for the "excessive use of scrollbars for no apparent reason" look, this must be a trend with piczo users. 5/10

LAYOUT

Well, I don't really know what to say about this. All it is is a picture of a random chick with the words "Hello there the angel from my nightmare". The layout has someones name on it - does this mean you didn't do it yourself? A simple picture, that would have taken five minutes to do, yet you didn't do it yourself? For shame! One good thing is that you've managed to make the colours of your links match the colours in the layout - so not all is lost. There are two miniscule 120 by 120 i-Frames on this page, one containing credits and the other an update of sorts. Why have these in excessively small frames? You can definitely afford to make them bigger. Another issue I'm having with your layout is your horizontal scrollbar, that leads to nowhere. Who wants to scroll for ages across a page to see a space of black nothingness? 5/20

CONTENT

Clicking the first link, "The Girl" led me to a pink and white themed page that contained five links to other pages about yourself. "Beauty Queen" - I'm not sure which one is you in the picture of the two girls, you look so similar to each other! Both of you look very nice. The soft pink colour you've used in your fact file is a little hard to read, so you might want to consider making it just that little bit darker. Other than that, it looks great! "Surveys" - A collection of surveys arranged in a three way column. The cyan colour you've used for the two outer columns is fairly hard to read - again you need to change this, people will struggle to read. I see someone else made the layout on this page for you -tell them from me, don't give up your day job! This girl has put you to shame. It's good to keep things like surveys simple, and not include too many. Chances are visitors will get bored easily if you have a lot, and no one will really bother reading it all. "ATM" - a page consisting of what you're eating, drinking, and who you love, updated a few weeks ago. It's annoying enough seeing this pointless blabber on sidebars, but a whole page devoted to it? You must think a lot of yourself if you think anyone actually cares! The colour of this text is a very faint yellow - terrible on the eyes! You really need to focus on your text colours - this is the third time I've had to mention this. People can't read (let alone enjoy!) your content if they cannot read it. "More Surveys" - oh god! This time, they're arranged in four columns, and I can actually read the text. Nice work. "Quiz Results" - a collection of cut-and-paste codes from quiz sites, arranged fairly tidily. "Top 5" - now this is probably my favourite page in this section - there's no sea of text to swim through and get bored of, and the colours all match, right down to the scrollbars. Next section - "Links". This is essentially a page containing external links to other piczo sites. I like the layout on this page, although it wasn't made by you. Can't you make your own layouts? I'm sure you can...since this is YOUR site why don't you personalise it even more by having some original designs up. "Shouts" - a page containing quite possibly the most pathetic friendship quote I've ever read. "Friendship is like peeing your pants. Everyone can see it, but only you can feel it. Thanks for being the pee in my pants". I don't know whether to throw up or die laughing - what the hell is this about? "Extras" - I like the "Goodies" graphic on this page, though I get the feeling that, like everything else on your site, it isn't original. "Icons" - extremely well made. You ought to give credit to whoever made them, if you didn't make them yourself. "Reads" - you state at the top of this page "got these from lots of sites sorry for not giving credit". Well, at least you've finally admitted you're unoriginal, well done well done. This page is divided into eight 200x200 i-frames, that contain the reads. It would be better to make this all frameless in my opinion. "Layouts" - "i didn't make any of these,credit to the people who made them "...well who made them, and where are the links? Dear god!! 3/20

SUMMARY

I am completely and utterly disappointed with your site. This is NOT a website. The only original component here is your survey / quiz results. Every single layout was made by someone else - every graphic, even the scrollbars! You are 13 years old and that is no excuse, not these days. I know people even younger than you who have excellent sites that ooze with originality. You could be one of them - but you need to start doing things yourself. Being with Piczo doesn't do you any favours either, I've not yet come across a decent site that is hosted by them. Try making your own layouts and graphics - you'll earn credibility from others as a result. Good luck with your web design pursuits.
