SPLASH PAGE

Nice and simple. Pity about the banner ad at the top, but that's what you get with free servers - I definitely know how that is. Do you really need scrollbars on your splash page though, when you scroll down theres nothing there anyway. 8/10

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

I'm confused, what is your site name? In your submission it says "Summer Romance x <3", but at the top of your layout graphic it says "Undiscovered - OX". Is this "OX" like a hug and a kiss or something...isn't that a bit stupid? Oh, and at the top of your blog frame it says "Brenda X3"...now I'm fully confused. A site name without any unneccessary letters and digits would be much more proper. In terms of design, the layout graphic isn't too shabby. I've seen worse. 3/10

LAYOUT

As I mentioned before, I like what you've done with the layout graphic, that is if you did it yourself. Why is there an Evanescence and a Green Day link right slap bang in the middle of the layout though? The three tables underneath the graphic need to be aligned properly, as they are overlapping the bottom of the graphic and it looks tres messy. I see you've used DIV layers for these tables, so it's easy to slightly increase the "top" attributes. The colours you've used look great together, you've done a good job with that. I don't like the border you have around the outer edges of the window, it doesn't look right and is verging on tacky. 9/20

CONTENT

I see you've used that terrible border around the "Me" page as well, oh well. I love the graphic you've used on this page, it looks fantastic! I know the guy is bending down into a microphone but in truth it looks like he's giving head. Excellent use of brushes, too. Your graphics so far that I've seen are looking very professional. Loading time is becoming an issue on my 56k modem though, due to the javascript heavy features you've used such as the effect when you go to a different page. The unique usage of a background of avatars and other graphics looks quite good, but what is this shit in the frame? Hieroglyphics? Is it so hard just to type properly without using special characters as substitutes for vowels? The text on your "Love/Hate" page is quite hard to read, having a white font against a light, egg yolk yellow background is a bad idea. I liked reading your Confessions page - but how come you say you're bad at art? I don't think you are. Agreed with Paris Hilton - I hope she dies too, I hate the good for nothing slut! I like the way in which you've set out your "Questions" page, it's looking great, apart from the little spasm of hieroglyphics you've suffered at the bottom, under "Tell Me About Yourself". Under "Am I?", you've put the answer "what?" to "Am I schizophrenic?". If you don't know what schizophrenia is, why have the question there? The last page I'm going to touch on in this section is the "Top Things" page. The frame is drastically overlapping the word "Top Things", so again it's just a matter of increasing that "top" attribute in your frame code. Your "Site" section is under construction, and you've given a reason for this which is totally understandable. It's great that you're not letting your site get in the way of schoolwork, good luck with that 80% average. Onto the "Visitors" page, where you've put up some goodies for people to enjoy. You have tonnes of layouts and icons - you're obviously dedicated to providing guests with the best you have to offer. 16/20

SUMMARY

You seem to go on about trying to get as much traffic as possible, so don't you think you should try and polish your site a bit and iron out the mistakes? Granted, you have received much praise from others in your guestbook and tagboard, but these are all other younguns who probably havent ventured out of the playpen that is pizco and expage, and don't know any better! Your age of 13 has nothing to do with it, because I've seen many top quality sites around made by people even younger than yourself. Your graphics are fine, and it's obvious you enjoy designing things. No improvements need to be made in that department, it's just a matter of tidying up your site and making it more user-friendly and less messy. You have a lot of original and fun content that was appealing and enjoyable to read - great job with that. More care is needed with your div layers though, so your text etc doesnt overlap too much. The fact that every page has a different layout is so creative, the effort you've put into the graphics side of things really shows. You've got a lot of potential, keep persisting and you'll go far.
